downloadThe new 2014 Moto X will be available starting Sept. 26th on Verizon for $100 with a new two-year contract. This Moto X will be compatible with Verizon’s new XLTE and will come with 16GB of storage. Also, for a limited time, Big Red will be offering a white-on-bamboo option of the 2014 Moto X for $100 to new customers (normally priced at $150).

By way of brief review, the most noteworthy specs of the new Moto X are as follows:

  • 2.5Ghz Snapdragon 801
  • 2GB RAM
  • 5.2-inch 1080p OLED display
  • 16/32GB onboard storage

If 16GB is too small for your needs, or you don’t like the color options, you are able to use Moto Maker and make a customized Moto X. You can customize it with up to 32GB of storage, and many different design options, including some new ones exclusive to the 2014 Moto X, such as leather and more wood options. Of course, you can expect those customizations to set you back more than the $100 subsidized price Verizon is offering for 2-year contracts.
